OS Trio has been selected to deploy its Food & Beverage (F&B) ERP Backend for an F&B company that is famous for its Chinese crullers and Soy based snacks and drinks. The company has been rapidly expanding and currently operates about 100 outlets all over Malaysia.
OS Trio ERP Backend comes with standard modules and functions that enable the company to better manage the stock replenishment and stock movement between outlets, central kitchen and warehouse. Real time MRP planning with multi-level Recipe helps to identify stock shortages by analyzing the ever-changing demand and supply information for each level of the processes.
For this implementation, OS Trio ERP Backend (F&B) will also be integrating to the company’s existing Point of Sales (POS) system to capture the sales and collection information for direct posting to the inventory and accounting modules. This eliminates the current manual data entry by the company’s staff. Upon completion of the project, the company will be able to monitor and manage both front end outlet operation and backend production processes in a more effective and timely manner.
