  • Responsible in providing administrative support in the areas of Accounts/Human Resource/Helpdesk
  • Oversees and ensure the management and implementation of internal controls and adherence to the company's standard policies and procedures
  • Perform office administrative functions for internal operation, external customer and supplier
  • Responsible for any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time
  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma with at least 2 years working experience in either Admin/Accounts/Human Resource field
  • Knowledge of accounting & payroll system, service desk and task management would be an advantage
  • Able to work independently and willing to learn
  • Able to interact will all levels of employees
  • Good command of English and Malay, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must be Malaysian citizen
  • Possess own transport
  • Provide technical, implementation and support services
  • Creating function requirements as an input to application design
  • Collaborate with System Analyst to translate business requirements into application functions and features
  • Provide application programming and customization support for implementation team
  • Participate in Research and Development activities

  • University graduates in IT related field of studies
  • Minimum 3 years related working experience in C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net 3.0/4.0, Visual Studio 2008/2012, MS SQL database 2012/2014/2016
  • Knowledge in LINQ, WCF, HTML5. JavaScript, JQuery, Wen Services, CSS and Ajax will be an added advantage
  • Have experience in using SQL Server Reporting Services, Crystal Report or any other reporting tools
  • Knowledge in developing API and Web Services for SQL data integration is an added advantage
  • Experience in developing ERP, Accounting, Inventory or similar enterprise systems is an added advantage
  • Assist Functional Consultant in Software implementation according to targeted project timeline on the user requirement study, system setting, user acceptance test, assist end-user in software parallel run and live run
  • Understand the business needs of customer/users and to translate such needs into functional specifications for developers/engineers
  • Evaluate and improve system functions and features
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and system documentation
  • Responsible for any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time
  • University graduates in IT related field of studies
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience
  • Project implementation/management experience is a must
  • Experience in software project implementation, end-user support or application support
  • Experience in developing systems in ERP, Accounting, Inventory or similar enterprise systems
  • Experience in business requirements analysis, functional unit testing and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Experience developing application on ASP.Net 3.0/4.0, Visual Studio 2008/2012, MS SQL database 2012/2014/2016
  • Responsible for updates to existing and creation of new MS SQL Server Report Services reports
  • Responsible for requirement gathering and project management of assigned projects
  • Provide performance tuning on existing reports to enhance end user experience
  • Provide assistance in MS SQL server support
  • Create IT documents for knowledge base, user guides, and other various communications systems
  • Manage business application reports using Microsoft SQL Reporting Services (creating new reports and updating existing reports)
  • Assist with application upgrades
  • Responsible for any ad-hoc task assigned from time to time
  • University graduates in Computer Science, Computer Information System or similar IT related field of studies
  • Minimum 2 years related working experience in creating reports
  • Microsoft SQL Server Report Services with prior experience with SSRS Server 2008 and above
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • Strong, effective communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to quickly adapt to change
  • Excellent organization and prioritization of daily tasks and projects
  • Ability to deal with interruptions and unrelated details while maintaining progress toward completing tasks
  • Experience in working with ERP, Accounting, Inventory or similar enterprise systems in an added advantage
