In line with Malaysia’s IR 4.0, one of OS Trio existing customer involved in high precision component manufacturing and automotive parts manufacturing and assembly has chosen to extend its current OS Trio ERM 2 Manufacturing Module system to include QR Code and shop floor automation.
Under this enhancement project, increased automation with embedded QR Code scanning will see the reduction in manual data entry as well as increased data reporting accuracy in the shop floor.
Due to its highlight scalable ERM2 architecture, OS Trio is able to provide add on enhancement without any interruption to existing processes. The enhancement portion will be integrated seamlessly into the existing functions.
