OS Trio deployed its Document Management System for one of its existing plastic manufacturing customer in Penang. The system will be used by the customer to manage the huge volume of data archiving that are required in compliance with the ISO and TS Quality Management Standards. The new Document Management System will replace the customer’s current manual filing and will dramatically cut down on storage space as well as data retrieval time.
In addition the new system will also function as a work flow information management in which system will route and monitor the access of critical information by key personnel. Intelligent reminders will help to inform and remind users of pending unread files as well as providing controls to documents authors on who is viewing their fields as well as providing versioning and content change control.
