SME Digitalization Initiative is a new grant initiative provided by the Ministry of Finance Malaysia to assist Small and Medium Enterprises (“SME”) to adopt Digitalization in their business operations. As announced in Malaysia’s 2020 Budget presentation, the Government will provide a 50% matching grant of up to RM5,000.00 per company over a period of 5 years for the subscription of digital services that will enhance their productivity and competitiveness. In order to support Malaysian SMEs in digital adoption, local technology companies are identified and selected to be Technology Solution Providers (TSPs).
TSPs are provided with the opportunity to be part of key digitalization efforts by the government as trusted partners to national digital adoption agenda. TSPs are tasked with offering digital solutions to SMEs and as well as being a channel to share views and suggestions to the government.
OS Trio is proud to have been identified as Technology Solution Provider (TSP) to assist SMEs in adoption of the national digitalization initiative. The 50% Matching grant of up to RM 5,000.00 is now available for eligible Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. It is limited to the first 100,000 SMEs applications only.
