With the successful roll out of Phase 1 OS Trio Enterprise Resource Management Solution to its HQ and nationwide branches, this public listed company, which is involved in supplying building materials to the many innovative, high-speed construction projects undertaken by both the Government and Public Sector, has kick off the Phase 2 implementation project.
Phase 2 will focus on deployment of an integrated Human Resource Management System (HRMS) to replace its current legacy system. OS Trio will be providing the Core HRMS system that includes Leave, Benefits, Attendance, Payroll and Staff. In parallel with the Core HRMS roll out, OS Trio will also be deploying its Employee Self Service (ESS) modules that includes E-Claims for staff claim submission and E-Leave for staff leave application.
