Established in 1995 with German technical expertise, the customer specializes in high-quality components tailored for the electronics and automotive industries.
By adopting OS Trio’s integrated ERM2 system, the customer aims to streamline operations, enhance supply chain efficiency, and strengthen financial management. The Financial module will ensure precise financial reporting, while the Distribution and Manufacturing modules will optimize inventory control, order fulfillment, and production processes.
Looking ahead, the customer plans to implement a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in phase 2 to integrate seamlessly with ERM2, further enhancing shopfloor visibility and production efficiency.
