A local manufacturer of motorcycle safety helmet has selected OS TRIO ERM 2 to manage its Distribution and Manufacturing process as well as processing of customer payment and credit control. In addition, OS TRIO ERM 2 which also supports the mobile computing technology enables the sales executives to access information via PDA to obtain real-time sales and inventory data intended for faster customer respond.
The company kicked off the project implementation for its facility in Alor Setar, Kedah by mid December 2006 and expected to complete within 4 months.
