OS Trio has been successful in securing the project to deploy its cloud ERP Backend solutions for a major electronic device retailer. The company is a member of Indonesia listed conglomerate and operates more than 1000 outlets in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia. The client is a premium reseller and service provider for world’s best brands which includes Apple, Samsung, Huawei, Honor, Mi and many more.
For this project, the customer will be replacing their legacy system with OS Trio’s solutions in phases. In phase 1, OS Trio will be deploying its cloud ERP Backend system to manage the company’s operations in Malaysia which includes the HQ and over 200 outlets nationwide. OS Trio will also integrate the cloud ERP Backend system with the company’s existing Point of Sales system. This will allow the outlet’s sales and payment data to be updated into the ERP Backend system for real time processing and posting.
In addition, OS Trio will also be implementing its e-claims module which will enable the company’s employees to submit claims online and to have the claims automatically route for approval based on pre-set workflow to achieve optimum business efficiency.
