A regional electronic components manufacturer has awarded OS Trio the contract to deploy ERP solutions for its plants and offices in Malaysia, India, China, Hong Kong and Vietnam. The client specializes in the manufacturing of AC power cord, DC cord, Electronic Ballast, Fiber Optic cable and OEM/ODM components for local and oversea markets. Due to its expansion and coupled with the recent acquisition by a public listed company, the client’s legacy system is unable to scale up to meet the expanded business processes and business reporting.
OS Trio will be deploying its web based, full fledge ERM2 solutions comprising of Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing modules. The system will help to integrate all the client’s business process into a centralized repository and to ease client in producing reporting that meets the needs of its public listed parent company.
To help manage the regional offices and plants, the ERM2 system will be on cloud based and OS Trio will assist client in developing a standard business process template that will be deployed to all companies, both local and overseas.
