A local hardware retailer and wholesaler have embarked on a computerization project to achieve better control and visibility in their operations. The company also requires better tracking and reporting on cash flow as well as improve management of transactions between its subsidiaries especially in areas of stock control and accounting.
To this end, the company has selected OS TRIO as its partner in implementing a companywide ERM 2 system. This ERM 2 will allow a whole new level of integration between various operation units, reduce process redundancy and improve inventory management.
