OS Trio was selected to implement a production commission system for a local furniture manufacturer. The commission system is a turnkey development based on the business process of the customer and is implemented in its main facility in Selangor.
Basically, the system tracks and reports on the commission earned by each production operators based on the daily production volume. With this system in place, the customer is able to accurately calculate the piece rate of each production items as well as provide a total commission reports to HR for payment processing.
