FMCG Company Selects OS Trio Cloud ERP for Retail and Trading Digitalisation

A growing Malaysian company in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector has partnered with OS Trio to implement a full suite of digital business solutions. The company specializes in trading a wide range of household, personal care, pet care, food and houseware products — including essential items such as hand sanitizers, disinfectants and face masks, which are widely supplied to major Malaysian retailers. It also has business interests in cosmetics, as well as recreational, cultural and wellness-related services.
 
As part of its digital transformation, the company will adopt OS Trio’s integrated ERP system covering Financial, Distribution and Manufacturing — specifically tailored to support its trading and supply chain operations. A front-end Point-of-Sale (POS) solution will also be deployed to enhance retail efficiency.
 
To support its strong online presence — which includes its own branded webstore and third-party marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Shopify — OS Trio will also implement the SiteGiant omnichannel commerce platform. SiteGiant will consolidate the management of product listings, inventory and orders across all digital sales channels and will be seamlessly integrated into the OS Trio ERP backend.
