continued quality improvement initiatives.
OS Trio SmartQC is an integrated quality data capturing and performance monitoring solution designed to provide
real-time visibility into inspection results and quality trends. The system supports the definition of parts, measurement
parameters, and specifications, with controlled user access and automatic revision tracking. Drawings, images, and SOPs
can be linked directly to inspection plans to ensure accurate and consistent execution.
The solution also features real-time SPC and Cpk monitoring, online action logs, and automated email alerts for SPC violations.
Interactive dashboards provide daily and monthly quality reports, defect Pareto analysis, and PASS/FAIL performance indicators,
