A leading contract manufacturer based in Johor Bahru has selected OS Trio’s SMART MES solution to strengthen its production operations through real-time monitoring and improved process control. The SMART MES system will be integrated with the customer’s existing ERP, enabling seamless data flow between the shop floor and back office.
Key modules being implemented include Production Order Management, BOM and WIP Inventory visibility, Production Planning and Scheduling, Job and Process Tracking, and a live Gantt Chart for job status. The system will also include an online dashboard and mobile app to support real-time updates and job tracking via barcode or QR code scanning.
