A local company involved in design, manufacture and retail of jewelry has contracted OS TRIO to design and develop a sales and invoicing system front for its sales team. This new turnkey system will replace it current system and will feature some improved features to overcome current business constraints.
The new system allows for offline transactions in frontend that included data entry and reporting printing with real time data synchronization with backend database. This allows sales team to take orders and print confirmation in customer outlets and then synch the data back to HQ. The synchronization is done in real time without intervention from users. This feature allows for information to be send back to HQ from the various sales team in the field as compared to 1 day delayed when using their current system.
