A renowned healthy quick-service restaurant chain that specialize in salads has engaged OS Trio to help put in place a solution to manage its central kitchen operations. For this client’s project, OS Trio will be deploying its OS Trio ERP Backend, specifically the Distribution and Central Kitchen modules.
The ERP Backend will be provided with real time Point of Sales interface to the client’s outlets in order to pull back sales data for computation of real time stock and consumption reports. For the current phase, reports from ERP Backend will be used by the client’s accounting team to process the financial data. Subsequent phase will see the implementation of OS Trio’s financial module in order to provide full computerization of key processes.
