One-stop hotel solution for newest and largest integrated resort

OS Trio southern operations has secured the project to deploy Hotel Management and Point of Sales solution for the newest and largest integrated resort in Johor Bahru that offers a complete shopping experience with entertainments and accommodations. The hotel is located in the heart of Johor Bahru City and provides 868 rooms & suites and extensive meeting and event facilities.

This project also sees the collaborative efforts between OS Trio and 3rd party lift and parking solutions to develop a completely integrated solution that allows the hotel operator to control the access to lift, car parks and rooms with the use of a single key card. The Key card will also be able to store breakfast vouchers for café dining as well as in room dining charges.

OS Trio Hotel Management Solution is a totally integrated and full fledge solution from web booking to front desk and hotel operations including POS and up to back office accounting processing and reporting.
